Visual Design Contractor

We are seeking a skilled Visual Design Contractor to support the Willow Wealth Growth & Marketing team.

The ideal designer thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, and consistently produces clean, polished, brand-aligned work with minimal revision cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Charts & Data Visualization: Convert Excel-based charts and data into fully designed graphics
• Marketing Emails: Design branded, responsive emails in Figma
• PDF + Print Collateral: Develop one-pagers, brochures, and investor materials for digital and print use
• Infographics: Convert outlines, rough drafts, or concept sketches into finished designs
• Slide Presentations: Update and enhance external-facing decks and create reusable slide templates
• Social Content: Design graphics supporting organic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels

Tools

This role will primarily work within Figma

Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) may also be needed at times.

Bonus points for other experience, such as animation software.

Engagement Details

This role is expected to start at approximately 10 hours per week, with the possibility to expand to additional hours in the future.

Tasks will be assigned on an ad-hoc basis via the ClickUp project management system.

The expectation is that this position has availability throughout the week to deliver projects in hours.

The contractor will be expected to submit a monthly or bi-monthly invoice for projects and hours worked.

Expected Hourly Rate

USD / hour based on experience.
