Virtual Assistant - Fully Remote About the Job

Join our team in a fully remote role with endless growth potential! We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional with excellent English skills to support our dynamic team.

Your main role will be assisting with marketing activities for our agency and clients, alongside exciting tasks to build your skills. From managing warm leads via calls and SMS and booking appointments to designing in Canva and working with AI, funnels and automation, you’ll gain diverse hands‑on experience. We’ll train you every step of the way!

Work Hours & Location

Full-time role with a consistent 40‑hour workweek and occasional overtime bonuses.

Work hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm New York Time (with a 30‑minute break) Monday through Friday.

We’re hiring to work with US and Australian clients – bring your cultural awareness and global perspective!

Requirements

Strong English skills, a neutral accent, and familiarity with American culture.

Reliable internet and power (proof required).

Commitment to working 8:30 am – 5:00 pm New York Time.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Passion for digital marketing and a hunger to learn.

Experience in marketing or fitness is a bonus, but not required.

Attention to detail is a must (!!!)
