We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in transaction coordination to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

Responsibilities
  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  • Review, organize, and track all contracts and documents to ensure compliance;
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and escrow officers to ensure smooth closings;
  • Keep detailed records and maintain organized digital files;
  • Maintain timelines and follow up on critical dates and deliverables;
  • Communicate professionally with all parties involved in the transaction;
  • Use CRM systems, spreadsheets, and checklists to manage multiple files simultaneously;
  • Prepare summaries and updates for management or team leads;
  • Utilize transaction coordination tools, CRM software, and cloud-based systems (training provided);
  • Support digital document management, data entry, and automation processes;
  • Leverage ChatGPT or other AI tools for drafting and reviewing correspondence when appropriate;

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferred in Law, Business Administration, or English);
