We're looking for two full-time Virtual Assistants based in Brazil to join our global property management and real estate rental operations team. This is a fast‑paced, service‑driven role where you'll communicate directly with guests and tenants across multiple properties, ensuring every experience meets our standard of excellence. If you're fluent in English, tech‑savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service — this is a great opportunity to grow in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft clear, professional, and empathetic English responses to guest messages, emails, and inquiries across Airbnb, VRBO and other internal platforms.
  • Maintain a 5–10 minute response time to all messages during your shift.
  • Deescalate and resolve guest complaints with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
  • Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and operations teams to fulfill requests.
  • Update and monitor internal systems, CRMs, and property dashboards.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for team follow‑up and quality control.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – excellent grammar and communication tone.
  • Strong typing skills (80+ WPM) and confidence navigating multiple platforms.
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Must have a reliable laptop / computer and high‑speed WiFi.
  • Previous experience with Airbnb, property management, or hospitality support is a plus but not required.
