As the Virtual Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership with various recruiting projects and administrative tasks. Responsibilities
  • Assist the CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks and scheduling
  • Coordinate and manage recruiting projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • Conduct research and gather data to support recruitment strategies and initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and external partners
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Manage and organize digital files and records
  • Provide proactive solutions and innovative ideas to streamline processes
  • Perform other tasks and projects as needed to support the CEO and the start-up
Requirements
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Attractive, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely in a self-directed manner
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, Jira) is a plus
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is desirable but not required
