Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Funnel Mastery:Architect, build, and optimize sophisticated sales and marketing funnels within Go High Level to maximize lead acquisition, nurture sequences, and customer retention.
- Automation Engineering:Design, implement, and refine complex automation workflows usingGHL, n8n, Make, and/or Zapierto streamline operations across sales, marketing, and customer service, freeing up human capital for high-value tasks.
- Integrated Campaign Execution:Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media, paid ads) leveraging GHL’s native tools and integrated platforms.
- Creative Content Production:Create high-impact visual and video content to support marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, digital ads, email banners, and short-form promotional or explainer videos.
- System Optimization & Analytics:Monitor, analyze, and report on funnel and campaign performance. Use data-driven insights to conduct A/B tests and implement continuous improvements across all systems.
- Technical Integration & Problem-Solving:Act as a key liaison, ensuring smooth connectivity between GHL, AI tools, and other business software. Proactively troubleshoot and solve technical marketing challenges.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Expertise in Go High Level:Demonstrable experience building funnels, setting up snapshots, managing pipelines, and utilizing the full suite of GHL capabilities (Sites, Funnels, Calendars, Automation, etc.).
- Digital Marketing Proficiency:Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals (lead gen, conversion optimization, email marketing, SMS marketing, paid traffic principles).
- Creative & Technical Design Skills:Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) to produce professional-quality assets.
- Automation Platform Expertise:Hands-on experience building and managing automations in at least one of the following:n8n, Make, or Zapier. Ability to create multi-step workflows with conditional logic.
- AI Tool Familiarity:Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., for copywriting, image generation, data analysis, chatbots) to enhance marketing and automation outputs.
- Analytical & Project Management Mindset:Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in our specific industry (SaaS, E-commerce, Professional Services, Real Estate).
- Certifications in Go High Level, digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint), or related fields.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and WordPress for customization.
- Experience with API integrations.
