• Experiência comprovada em 2-3 funções de nível profissional e um nível sênior.
• Capacidade de treinar e coachar equipes.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver novos portais de desenvolvedor e manter portais existentes.
• Coaching e mentoria de equipes em design centrado no usuário.
• Colaborar com as partes interessadas e a gestão executiva.
• Participar ativamente da definição do nível de maturidade de UX para a empresa.

Objectives of the services, expected results

I perform user research analysis to describe user behavior and contextualize motivations and user feedback.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUESTED SERVICES

The work is related to API developer portals integrated with the IBM Connect API management platform.

Tasks involve both development of new developer portals and maintenance of existing portals.

Also the role will remain in a stable x-functional team.

Requerimentos

1.1.1 Requires experience

Demonstrates behaviors across 2-3 'professional level' roles and at least one 1 'senior level' role

Knowledge expert in core area of expertise.

Significant experience in adjacent areas of expertise.

Actively improves the skills of others through training / coaching / mentoring

Accountable for the outcomes and continued performance and improvement of 1-2 squads

Perform UX activities in Product Team

Coach / Mentor product owners, scrum masters, development teams in User Centred Design ways of working, building effective teams focused on delivering Business Value respecting user needs, managing both local and global teams

Drive overall UX maturity level and monitor usability performance

Collaborate with stakeholders and executive management teams in quality control of the User Experience area

Participate actively in defining future User Experience maturity level and UX Governance for Volvo Group

Develop agile ways of working in business critical and strategic areas, interacting with senior management and multiple TD / BA's

Provide training towards management teams

Be a proven specialist within agile area

Lead, mentor and share experience with agile coaches

1.1.2 Mandatory Skills

Experienced web developer with Drupal and UX design expertise.

Experience of Java and / or Node.js (Express framework) development would be an advantage
