We Are Hiring

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with a strong foundation in product design and a passion for innovation. You will play a key role in pushing the boundaries of user experience by combining creative problem-solving with emerging technologies to shape thoughtful, high-impact design solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can inspire others, drive design excellence and ensure our application is both consistent and exceptional in usability and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating and managing design systems. Proficiency in Figma is essential, and familiarity with Storybook is a strong plus.
Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of working effectively with engineering, product management and other key stakeholders.

Keys to Success

• Proven experience designing intuitive, scalable and high-impact interfaces for enterprise-grade, customer-facing applications
• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fast-paced or cross-functional environments
• Hands‑on ownership of a design system, including creation, implementation and governance across a product or platform
• Strong user empathy and research instincts, with experience running interviews, usability tests and synthesizing feedback into actionable design improvements
• Curiosity and a forward‑thinking mindset, with a pulse on design trends, tools and technologies (including AI)
• A collaborative, self‑starting approach—able to identify opportunities, lead initiatives and work closely with product and engineering
• Resilient, focused and outcome‑driven, with the ability to adapt and deliver in the face of ambiguity or shifting priorities
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, visual polish and measurable product impact
