We’re looking for a UGC Coordinator to own and lead our creator operations end‑to‑end.
This role is critical to keeping our content engine moving: sourcing top‑tier creators, managing relationships, anticipating roadblocks, negotiating UGC costs, and ensuring deliverables flow smoothly from concept to edit‑ready.
You’ll be the point person between creators, Creative Strategists, and Operations, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on organization, takes initiative, and solves problems independently.
This role is central to how our creative machine runs. As a UGC coordinator, you ensure that ideas turn into real, usable content—on time, organized, and ready to perform. Your work directly impacts creative velocity, team alignment, and overall results.
