What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and develop a field-based sales team, focusing on Regional Account Executives in the Transplant sector
  • Build professional relationships with key decision-makers in Transplant centers and promote services to healthcare staff
  • Identify opportunities to enhance patient volume and revenue through strategic relationship management
  • Conduct field rides and business reviews to provide coaching and direction tailored to individual team members
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize strategies for ongoing organic growth and customer loyalty
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of strong sales experience with documented success
  • Prior knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Transplant Sales, Specialty Pharmacy, Managed Care
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry and HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or transferable healthcare experience

  • Experience serving as a Player/Coach within a sales territory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
