What you will do
As a Key Account & Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic and operational Key Account Plans aligned with business objectives;
- Secure budgets and mobilize internal resources to support assigned customers;
- Build a deep understanding of customer business models and market dynamics;
- Drive Customer Satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships following global standards;
- Ensure accurate Sales Forecasting for assigned Key Accounts;
- Deliver sales and profitability targets for Packaging Solutions, Services, and Processing;
- Lead opportunity pipeline management, fostering joint value creation and quantification with customers and internal teams;
- Lead and develop the cross-functional Key Account Team, ensuring high performance and alignment with customer and Tetra Pak expectations;
- Develop the TRC business plan (strategy, objectives, portfolio, pricing, capabilities, supply chain, etc.) and align it with local and global stakeholders;
- Provide customer and market insights to guide TRC product portfolio evolution and business intelligence activities, including competitive analysis and market trends.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
- Strong and relevant experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Strategic Sales;
- Strong expertise in Value Selling, account strategy, and navigating complex business environments;
- Proven track record in generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers;
- Solid understanding of the food industry value chain, including processing and packaging technologies;
- Experience working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and handling demanding stakeholders;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a strong plus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- A customer-centric mindset, strategic agility, and resilience when facing ambiguity.
