Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Territory Manager will be responsible for the following essential duties:
  • Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach customers about how to innovate in their industry and with their customers.
  • Challenge them to modernize and grow their business.
  • Assist them in implementing digital technology and refine office processes.
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
  • Manage a defined geography of accounts to grow the business.
  • Onboard new high potential accounts.
  • Plan and execute a Territory plan, based on understanding the potential in each account in the defined geography.
  • Create & execute account plans for highest potential accounts, based on deep understanding of the account’s business, goals, challenges and opportunities.
  • Plan and execute sales strategy to determine practice vision, identify gaps, and establish solutions to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of accounts, including staff, assistants and doctor by demonstrating practice focus based on integrity and trust.
  • Understand account capabilities to identify gaps and provide training, technical resources, and support to ensure they are well equipped to treat patients with appropriate Align solutions and ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Exceed sales objectives and establish the correct customer segmentation in their territory.
  • Input the correct information and usage of SalesForce.com.
  • Collaborate with other sales teams to learn and guarantee the best results for the designated territory.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales.
  • Industry experience selling medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B experience.
  • Preference to candidates with experience at companies with strong sales training & development.
  • Willing to learn orthodontic and clinical knowledge.
  • Proven record of successful sales achievements and competitive sales experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills.
  • Ability and comfort having business discussion (ROI, margins, marketing) and asking the right business questions.
  • Experienced in creating action plans.
  • KOLs management.
  • Budget Management.
  • Education BS or BA.
  • English skills is desirable.
