Overview of the role: The Customer Care Representative position involves joining the Recruiting Team to participate in different projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. Responsibilities
  • Supporting the sourcing process including posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, using social networks, filtering CVs, and contacting candidates.
  • Understanding the requirements of each vacancy to carry out the headhunting process according to specific needs.

  • Professional Experience: At least 1 year of work experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT market.
  • Self-Management: Great capacity for independent work and self-direction.
  • Education: Studies in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English level.
