This role is for someone who loves diving deep into Kubernetes, understands the nuances of Ingress Controllers, API Gateways, and API Management, and wants to contribute directly to a massive Open Source ecosystem.

Qualifications
  • Kubernetes, Traefik, Docker, deep understanding of Infrastructure
  • Excellent English – Fluency is non-negotiable
  • Radically customer-centric mindset – Enjoy helping people solve technical blockers
  • EST time zone compatibility
  • Late Shift / On‑Call model with a 1‑in‑3 weekend rotation
Responsibilities
  • Bridge the gap – Support our enterprise customers
  • OSS Impact – Analyze issues in our Open Source projects and work with the core Traefik team to maintain top-tier quality for millions of users
  • Quality First – Serve as a technical gatekeeper ensuring our software remains top-quality
