A technology recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who will support end-to-end recruitment for technology roles throughout Brazil. The position is fully remote, collaborating with global hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in technical recruitment practices and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and technical communities.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure recruitment metrics are tracked.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
