We are looking for a Technical Recruiter, highly experienced, self-driven, and multilingual, to join our international Talent Acquisition team. This is a key role in helping us scale technical teams across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. You'll own full-cycle recruitment for high-demand technical roles.
Maintain clear, professional communication in English and Spanish.
Contribute to process improvement and employer branding initiatives.
Must-Haves :
Fluency (B2) in English is a must; Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred but not required
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with Agile environments and distributed tech teams.
