What you’ll do

Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for Technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers )

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities .

Use best-in-class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement.

Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn ( UNCAPPED commissions! )

Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates.

What we’re looking for

Excellent English communication skills

Proven experience in high-volume Technical recruiting

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and modern recruiting tech stack.

Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
