Qualificações

• Strong background in Infrastructure (Virtualization, Cloud technologies, compute, storage, networking).

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: LATAM (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Should have executed large scale Cloud Migrations, SQL, Windows, Apps services, AVS, AVD Migrations or Integrations and Transformations.
• Prepare, track, and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• Drive project/program management activities across multiple cloud consulting and migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, offshore teams, and cross-functional groups to deliver transformation goals.
• Oversee governance, project status reporting, and cadence reviews with leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues, risks, and escalations across projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Must Have Skills

• 15+ years of experience in cloud transformational consulting and migration projects.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale Cloud Migrations, Integrations, and Transformations.
• Strong background in Infrastructure (Virtualization, Cloud technologies, compute, storage, networking).
• Expertise in planning and managing multiple stakeholders including client, offshore, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with DC migration to Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to drive major IT projects, manage multiple priorities, set timelines, hold teams accountable, and deliver on time and within budget.

Good to Have Skills

• Strong communication skills with effective stakeholder management.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with tight deadlines and handling escalations.
• Ability to manage governance, collate project status reports, and present to leadership teams.
• Experience in weekly cadence reviews and reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Ability to track and report schedule and cost variances across projects.
• Skilled in identifying issues, risks, and driving them to closure or mitigation.
