Qualificações

• Understand and validate central bank APIs through Postman.
• Communicate with central bank POC and internal stakeholders.
• Support the Sales team with product-related technical matters.

Conhecimentos

Strong technical product understanding

Experience in tech support or product operations

Fluency in Portuguese

Professional level English

Your profile : Responsibilities

• Understand central bank ´s APIs and validate them through Postman
• Read, understand, create a plan and document integration requirements for the central bank ´s API.
• Fix Errors
• Validate fields
• Verify happy paths from transactions
• Communicate with central bank POC and with internal stakeholders; including finance, operations, product and tech team.
• Support the Sales team with product-related technical matters
• Assist in communications with the Central Bank and other regulatory institutions
• Work directly with the Product and Tech teams

Your profile

• Bachelor Degree in Tech, Business and other related.
• Strong technical product understanding
• Experience in tech support or product operations
• Experience in banking, fintech, or digital platforms preferred
• Portuguese fluency, English at a professional level, Spanish is a plus
