We're looking for passionate professionals to join our team in the SHEIN Marketplace in Brazil! The marketplace is a dynamic platform where we connect local sellers with consumers, offering a wide variety of products. POSITIONS SUMMARY

Account Manager: Manages and nurtures relationships with sellers, ensuring their success and satisfaction within the marketplace platform.

Hunting: Focuses on identifying and onboarding new sellers, expanding the marketplace's range of offerings and driving growth.

Seller Service: Provides ongoing support to sellers, addressing their needs and helping them optimize their experience and performance on the platform.

REQUIREMENTS

The requirements may change according to the position, but for Brazil Marketplace we usually look for people with :

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Experience with Marketplace;
  • Sales aptitude and ambition to constantly surpass your KPIs;
  • Logical and problem-oriented thinking;
  • Good analytical skill;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proeficient in Microsoft Excel;
  • Advanced English or Mandarin is a plus.
