We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts and help build outstanding teams in one of Latin Americas most dynamic cities.

What youll do
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Apply creative and effective sourcing strategies from online platforms to networking to identify, engage, and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through continuous outreach, market research, and relationship‑building.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and candidate experience management.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies or search firms when needed.
  • Monitor market trends and hiring landscape to advise on talent strategy and help attract the best possible candidates.
What were looking for
  • Proven experience in recruitment either in‑house or agency‑based with a track record of sourcing and hiring candidates in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2 level), both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and comfort using professional networking platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • A results‑oriented mindset and experience contributing to recruitment strategies beyond immediate hiring needs building long‑term talent pipelines.
