The Role :

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support our LATAM business groups.

You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Leader.

Previous experience working in recruitment for IT would be considered an asset.

If you have a proven track record of building employment brands online AND experience sourcing, this role would be perfect for you.

What you will do :

• Build strong relationships with the hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs

You will manage the full recruitment cycle :

• Educate, influence, and enable the organization to hire the right talent
• Leverage metrics and data to drive results and achieve company objectives
• Research and advise what sourcing / recruitment software would bring the greatest value to the organization

What You Bring :

• A minimum of 2 years' experience sourcing or recruitment, preferably for IT roles
• Strong organizational skills (especially as they relate to data collection and reporting), a multi-tasking style and project management approach.
• Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.).
• Highly articulate, well-developed, effective written and verbal communication skills in English
