A leading global provider of HCM solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner in São Paulo. You will attract top talent by implementing effective recruiting strategies and managing complex recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Portuguese, possess 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, and have strong communication skills. This position aims to provide exceptional candidate experiences while supporting internal hiring initiatives.
