Role Responsibilities
This is a new team with open positions for senior analysts and specialists (manager level). Individual roles and responsibilities will be defined as we find the right people to join the team. Your responsibilities will be a subset of:
- Analytics: run data analysis and generate insights to drive decisions and answer practical business questions
- Planning: lead the Delivery planning processes, from long-term strategy to weekly targets
- Reporting: build reports, keep them updated and add tangible insights for executive forums
- Market intelligence: collect external data, analyze and conclude insights about competition and overall market trends
- Cross-functional coordination: build processes and tools to coordinate a portfolio of strategic initiatives and coordinate forums for executive alignment
Role Qualifications
SOFT SKILLS:
- Problem solving: break down big problems into small structured problems
- Business acumen: convert insights into practical conclusions and recommendations
- Communication: spread the word about conclusions and recommendations, clearly and constructively
- Stakeholder management: build strong relationships, understand other’s point of view, lead by influence and handle conflicting interests
HARD SKILLS:
- Advanced analytics using spreadsheets and other tools
- SQL knowledge (advanced SQL is desired, but not required)
- Fluency in business English (oral and written): the position requires daily interaction with foreign stakeholders living in Brazil and abroad
- Python knowledge is desired, but not required
There are not mandatory requirements for education and experience, but candidates more likely to succeed have:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Math, Statistics or similar fields
- Experience in tech companies or consulting firms, in roles related to strategy, planning, projects and/or OKR management
