All about the role

This is a Strategic Design position within Electrolux´s Design team and partnership with e-commerce, with the mission of transforming our current platform from a transactional website into a true consumer experience hub. You will be responsible for leading the creation of solutions that bring a forward-looking experience vision to the future of e-commerce, ensuring seamless integration across the entire end-to-end user journey.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the redesign of the end-to-end user journey, balancing usability, empathy, and business goals.

  • Collaborate with the commercial design squad to ensure brand, inspiration, and CX initiatives contribute to revenue growth.

  • Design branded content experiences such as inspirational pages, tutorials, product usage tips, reviews, lifestyle content, and support flows.

  • Ensure consistency across all digital brand channels: e-commerce, CRM, social media, customer service, and other platforms.

  • Improve post-sale and support experiences including delivery tracking, returns, customer assistance, and issue resolution.

  • Use data, user feedback, and testing to continuously evolve experiences and flows.

  • Lead current initiatives with agility while maintaining a visionary mindset to shape the team’s evolution in the medium and long term.

  • Be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities.

Who you are

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design.

  • Solid background as an Experience or Service Designer in digital environments with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience with D2C, omnichannel, or digital transformation projects.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce, digital content, design systems, and service channels.

  • Strong systems thinking and ability to balance user experience with performance and conversion goals.

  • Proficient in tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, Maze, Hotjar, GA, etc.

  • Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel (once a month).

Where you’ll be

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
