This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Lead, People Operations.
Responsibility: Provide quality operational support to People Team COE stakeholders, cross‑departmental colleagues, and external vendors in order to deliver a valuable HR management service.
Support all phases of the employee lifecycle, focusing on business system processes related to onboarding, digital employee file management, data changes, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Assist with employee pre‑hire processes, including but not limited to contracts of employment, background checks, new hire paperwork and work authorization documentation in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Identify opportunities to streamline Global HR processes, enhancing efficiency and improving the employee experience.
Create and maintain physical onsite and electronic employee files.
Respond to general HR inquiries regarding but not limited to HR policies, benefits, employee data, employment verifications and systems.
Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRBPs, IT and other collaborators as needed.
Administer all statutory regulatory HR documentation and reporting requirements for Brazil and Mexico, including but not limited to, timely coordination with the local Social Insurance office for enrollment and dis‑enrollment of employees.
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work.
Access to an office location is required.
Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation.
