This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Functional Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will provide essential support for customer environment operations, focusing primarily on organization change management consulting, business process engineering, and other business analysis services. Your expertise will drive the efficient implementation of HR processes and enhance service delivery through the ServiceNow HRSD platform. You will be part of a collaborative team that aims to deliver high‑quality solutions, fostering innovation and excellence in service management. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations and optimizing business outcomes within the organization.

Accountabilities
  • Provide organization change management consulting, quality control, business process engineering, and other business analysis/management consulting and advisory services.
  • Optimize HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  • Facilitate implementation of processes, workflows, and capabilities.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing and manage End User Training planning.
  • Engage in stakeholder management and facilitate requirements gathering.
  • Support the client in achieving their operational goals through effective consulting.
Requirements
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • 5 years of experience with bachelor's degree in business or technical field, OR 2 years of experience with a master's degree in business or technical field.
  • Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  • Proven background in implementing processes, workflows, and capabilities.
  • Familiarity with all phases of the SDLC and agile development from a functional perspective.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and discovery session facilitation.
