What You'll Do :

We are looking for customer-focused Sr. Data Analyst to build effective, iterative solutions on Criteo's API. You’ll embed with customers, understand their domain, and co-develop solutions to tackle real marketing challenges in often undefined or evolving problem spaces. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, R&D, and Customer Success Managers who work on the same account.

The ideal candidate is a fast, autonomous learner with a strong technical background and a history of creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop deep‑dive insights on API integrations, server‑to‑server (S2S) signals, product roll‑outs (including CTV and Social), and emerging channels.
  • Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements in detail.
  • Design & maintain custom alerting dashboards / pipelines for high‑value clients to surface anomalies before they hurt performance.
  • Translate insights into automation playbooks so the team can scale MVPs and unlock new revenue.
  • Work hands‑on with customers' technical teams as a technical expert and trusted advisor, coding side‑by‑side to drive projects to completion on their infrastructure.
  • Partner directly with R&D on edge‑case client needs, making sure the roadmap solves real market problems.
  • Prototype & iterate MVPs that start as one‑off fixes and evolve into global products.
Who You Are :
  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience in data science & analytics, engineering, finance, or consulting
  • Client‑facing communicator. You can distill technical findings into crisp stories for C‑level execs, and you’re comfortable pitching in person.
  • Bilingual business operator. Fluent in English and Portuguese, as you’ll cover both LATAM and North America.
  • Hands‑on analyst. Advanced SQL and Python for data wrangling, modeling, and quick‑turn automation.
  • Ad‑tech insider. You understand auctions, identity, attribution, and measurement—and can spot the next growth lever.
  • Inventor’s mindset. High autonomy, entrepreneurial drive, and the bias to build before you ask permission.
  • Stakeholder influencer. Proven ability to align Sales, Product, and R&D around a common data‑backed vision.
  • Travel‑ready. Willing to visit key clients or hubs (~15% of the time).
