Job Title

Sr. Analyst Operations - Department: Operations

What You'll Do

Design, maintain, and enhance Salesforce and Power BI dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, quota attainment, productivity, and account activity.

Monitor pipeline integrity and forecast accuracy; partner with Sales teams to improve data quality and adherence to best practices.

Support sales compensation processes, including incentive calculations, quota loading, and validating attainment data.

Assist with territory assignments, account transfers, and coverage models in collaboration with Sales Leadership.

Analyze sales performance across segments, products, and teams to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Own recurring reporting cadences such as weekly forecasts, pipeline reviews, activity metrics, and executive summaries.

Collaborate with Sales and Finance leaders to diagnose process bottlenecks and recommend operational improvements.

Maintain CRM governance, including field definitions, workflows, documentation, and data quality rules.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support headcount planning, productivity modeling, incentive design, and other strategic projects.

Must-Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or business analytics roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of sales processes, funnel metrics, compensation mechanics, and forecasting concepts.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
