The successful candidate will conduct outreach, schedule interviews, and support sourcing strategies. Must be fluent in English and organized. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective candidates using provided lists.
• Gauge candidate interest and collect key qualifying details.
• Schedule qualified candidates for further conversations with senior team members.
• Send personalized follow-up emails to prospects who were unreachable by phone.
• Support proactive outreach efforts between active searches.
• Keep talent data clean and up-to-date in the database and spreadsheets.
• Work closely with the internal team to enhance sourcing and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Fluent English skills—both spoken and written.
• Comfortable making cold and warm outreach calls.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and email templates is a bonus.
• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required).
• Naturally organized and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport quickly.
