Job Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable solutions architecture for HIPAA-compliant workflow systems tailored to ABA applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with clinical and operational requirements.

Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure with robust security protocols and data privacy measures.

Ensure comprehensive compliance with HIPAA regulations throughout the system lifecycle.

Analyze existing workflows and optimize them for efficiency and compliance using ABA terminology and standards.

Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout project phases.

Document system architecture, workflows, and compliance strategies clearly and thoroughly.

Required Qualifications

Advanced-level experience (4‑5 years) to Senior (5+ years) in solutions architecture or related roles.

Proven knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy requirements.

Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure deployment and management.

Familiarity with ABA methodologies and terminology.

Excellent command of English, ranging from upper-intermediate to fluent.

Education ranging from a High School Diploma to a Master's Degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing infrastructures specifically for healthcare applications.

Certifications related to cloud platforms and security (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP).

Prior experience working remotely in a distributed team environment.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and lead architecture decisions with minimal supervision.
