Responsibilities
  • Design and install customized software solutions to meet customer needs, goals, and technical requirements for implementation.
  • Create implementation plans based on gathered requirements.
  • Lead the implementation process by configuring, installing, and integrating the company’s products or services.
  • Provide post‑installation follow‑ups, technical guidance and support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues to align with the client’s business processes.
  • Act as a liaison among the client, sales team, product development, and support teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders on how to use and maintain the implemented solution.
  • Create documentation, manuals, and guides to help clients understand and use the product effectively.
  • Test the performance of the installed system, fix bugs, and perform quality checks to ensure the implemented solution meets clients’ expectations and complies with predefined standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, or software engineering.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous work experience in related areas.
  • Strong communication skills.
