Personalization Specialist in Porto

We are seeking a skilled Personalization Specialist to join our team in Porto.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization platform.
• Develop and manage Personalization sitemaps using JavaScript, following the platform's library and standards.
• Create and customize campaign templates, adapting global models or developing solutions from scratch.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to integrate the platform with other systems, ensuring campaign effectiveness and continuity.
• Monitor campaign performance and propose improvements to optimize results.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio / Evergage).
• Skilled in developing Personalization sitemaps using JavaScript.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience creating and customizing campaign templates.
• Strong teamwork skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
• Developer certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.

Languages
