What you’ll do
- Own weekly ad packs: concept, script, film (self + colleagues), edit and deliver 35 short videos (30–60s) for TikTok / Reels / Shorts with quick variants for A/B tests.
- Act as both analyst and talent: pull learnings (hooks, retention dips, sound performance) and appear on camera to validate the next creative hypothesis.
- Write the words: captions, on‑screen copy and post texts tailored to each platform’s best practices (fast hook, clear CTA, native tone).
- Reply & amplify: turn comments into content (incl. video replies) to fuel engagement and new angles.
- Partner with UA: tag assets, propose tests and read results against IPM, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS; kill losers fast, scale winners.
- Localize smartly: coordinate captions / VO and trend tweaks for our nine languages; prioritize formats that travel.
- Stay platform‑native: follow TikTok Creative Codes, Meta Reels guidance and YouTube Shorts ads best practices.
Must‑haves
- Social media analyst training (or equivalent): instrument tests, read retention curves and turn insights into specific creative changes.
- On‑camera comfort with short‑form craft (hooks, pacing, captions, sound). Show vertical work you shot / edited yourself.
- Tooling: CapCut or similar, Premiere / DaVinci; publishing basics in TikTok / Meta / YouTube.

- Word / puzzle gaming fluency (gameplay capture, face‑cam).
- Multi‑language copy instincts; basic motion graphics; comfort hosting quick lives / AMAs around releases.
