Main responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Map, prioritize, and distribute tasks to the team in accordance with ServiceNow best practices
  • Plan and architect Sprints based on user stories using Scrum methodology
  • Guide, support, and mentor the team during ServiceNow solution implementations
  • Design, develop, and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with the platform’s best practices.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs for integration with external systems and services.
  • Act as a technical reference in global projects, ensuring scalability, quality, and adherence to best practices

Requirements and skills

Requirements and Qualifications

For this position, the following are mandatory:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Consultant in ServiceNow
  • Mandatory ServiceNow certifications, with hands‑on experience on the platform
  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different organizational levels
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and team‑leading capabilities
  • Advanced English for daily communication in global projects (mandatory requirement)
  • Mandatory ServiceNow certifications:
  • oCSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • oCAD (Certified Application Developer) and/or at least one CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist)

You will stand out if you have:

  • Previous experience as a Technical Leader
  • Experience working on international or global projects
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications
