The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Electronics, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, providing troubleshooting support, and analyzing offers for products and services. Qualificações

  • Engineering degree or master technician in Electrical, Electromechanical or Electronics area.
  • Experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of control and automation products in electrical transmission industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Advising transformer repair shops on technical inquiries.
  • Providing after-sales technical support and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Supporting Project Managers in field activities for bids and installations.
  • Compiling and analyzing offers and order confirmations for products.
  • Coordinating schedules and monitoring progress during processing.
  • Assisting with internal and intra-divisional projects.

Service Support Advisor

What challenges can you expect?
  • Advising transformer repair shops and end customers / operators regarding all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range.
  • Provide designated end customers / operators with after‑sales technical support and troubleshooting of equipment that is in service such as tap changers, electromechanical drives, voltage regulators, and monitoring sensors for transformer monitoring
  • Providing support to Project Managers on field activities such as collecting information for bids and quotations, analyzing feasibility for product upgrades or replacements, supporting installation and / or commissioning for equipment in the MR product range.
  • Compiling, analyzing (technically and commercially) and sending offers and order confirmations for products, components, parts and services for designated end customers / operators.
  • Coordinating schedules and monitoring progress during processing / commissioning / field service.
  • Assisting with and / or managing internal and intra‑divisional projects.
What do we expect from you?
  • Engineering degree or master technician in Electrical, Electromechanical or Electronics area.
  • Experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of control and automation products in electrical transmission industry such as Transformer Monitors, Voltage Controllers and Load Tap Changers is preferred.
