Role Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Service Executive Manager is responsible for leading the service teams, the service department and the Customer Service approach for Videojet in Brazil.

Central to the role is the ability to engage teams and people at all levels and deliver excellence to our customers and will be located in Sao Paulo for onsite.

Typical Responsibilities

• Run and be accountable for the Service P&L and technical stock
• Provide support and leadership to the Field Regional Service Managers (RSMs), and guide the Service Department's strategies to achieve short-term and long-term objectives
• Align the Organization and People with Country Vision & Mission
• Be responsible for the customer's critical issues
• Coach RSMs on field in complex scenarios
• Service dispatch support for planning activities
• Authorize the expense and overtime, in line with the policies in operation
• Drive TTI's growth through the analysis of the monthly performance reports

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, MBA is desirable.
• Must possess a strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and work ethic
• High commercial acumen and experience of being responsible for a P&L
• High degree of customer focus
• Good technical competence, able to translate technical requirements and technical product specifications to all
• Good problem‑solving & continuous improvement approach
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Able to coach and develop people
• Knowledge of the Coding & Marking Industry is an advantage
