What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

  • Manage and process IT-related invoices and ensure timely booking and reconciliation.
  • Oversee the allocation, activation, and deactivation of mobile phones and SIM cards.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including lifecycle tracking and refresh plans.
  • Monitor and manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalations.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the IT department.
  • Manage IT targets reports, including KPIs, projects updates, variances, and action plans.
  • Prepare monthly reports to assess progress of departmental targets.
  • Identify KPI data trends and and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for internal meetings and reviews.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks across the IT team.
  • Support in organizing and documenting IT processes and standards procedures.
  • Manage routines involving IT, such as target checks, capex, and budget meetings.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, information technology, Computer science or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT analysis, IT governance, business operation or technology management.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge ofIT governance frameworkssuch asITILandCOBIT.
  • Experienced in creating and coordinating monthly IT targets reports, including KPIs, projects updates, key metrics, variances, and action plans
  • Advanced level of English
  • Living in Bandirma

  • Experienced in defining, designing, and implementing new processes to improve efficiency and controls.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and supplier requestsacross various stages.
  • Competent in defining and structuring KPIs, performance indicators, and operational guidelines.
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)
