About This Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Manager who will architect and orchestrate mission‑critical telecommunications infrastructure that powers millions of connections across Latin America. What You’ll Do

• Strategic Leadership: Architect and deploy carrier‑grade fixed network solutions across fiber optics, GPON/EPON, SDN/NFV, and bearer network ecosystems.
• Master end‑to‑end bearer networks: optical transport (DWDM/OTN), metro aggregation, IP/MPLS backbone, and microwave transmission.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary technical teams (15+ engineers) to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Drive technical strategy for large‑scale network transformation projects aligned with business objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Execute logical deployment strategies including provisioning, service activation, and zero‑touch deployment frameworks.
• Command Tier 3/4 technical support operations with root‑cause analysis and incident elimination protocols.
