About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, high-impact Financial Manager to be the definitive financial authority for our Brazilian entity. This is a crucial, high-visibility, hands-on role that requires a sharp blend of technical accounting expertise and strategic commercial insight.

Reports to : Group CFO, local CEO

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial authority for the entity, ensuring overall financial health and robust practice commitment
• Guarantee full compliance by overseeing regulatory obligations and managing the administration of required IP and Acquiring Licenses
• Maintain high-level regulatory communication with key external stakeholders
• Provide hands-on accounting expertise; manage record accuracy and collaborate with external outsourcing partners for daily transactional support
• Drive process optimization by working with the colleagues to analyze, document, and streamline internal workflows
• Ensure data integrity and financial analysis capabilities, leveraging Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
• Own the Financial Planning & Forecasting function (Budget, Cash Flow, and Financial Integrity)
• Develop cross-border financial structures to optimize operations and compliance for international merchants
• Spearhead payment innovation to reduce costs and implement new, efficient payment solutions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven, hands‑on experience (5+ years) in accounting and finance, with a strong background in preparing and overseeing financial statements
• Mandatory experience in the iGaming sectors
• High proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and a strong command of SQL for data analysis
• Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
• Fluent English and Portuguese languages
