Uma empresa multinacional está à procura de um advogado para oferecer suporte legal em litígios fiscais e aduaneiros. O candidato ideal deve ter graduação em Direito, registro ativo na OAB e inglês avançado. O profissional será responsável por aconselhar a gestão sobre questões legais e gerenciar litígios em colaboração com uma equipe de profissionais jurídicos. Esta posição exige trabalho presencial cinco dias por semana, com benefícios abrangentes, incluindo plano médico e auxílio- alimentação.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar Litígios de Impostos e Aduanas.
  • Aconselhar a gestão e fornecer recomendações claras sobre questões legais.
  • Apoiar legalmente uma divisão de negócios em colaboração com uma rede de profissionais legais.
  • Pesquisar questões legais complexas, redigir e revisar documentos jurídicos.

Role Definition

Provides legal tax and litigation support for business division.

What will you do
  • Manage Tax and Customs Litigation.
  • Advise management and provide clear recommendations on legal matters.
  • Provide legal support for a business division in collaboration with a network of legal professionals.
  • Research complex legal issues, draft and review legal documents, consistent with legal strategies and goals in line with company's business objectives.
Skills
  • Risk Management: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Sense of urgency.
  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Legal Analysis & Legal Function: Knowledge of methods and tools used in legal analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from both legal and factual information. Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the legal function or department; ability to provide legal consulting, advice and assistance.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law. Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) is required.
  • Advanced English (Full Professional).
  • Experience in Litigation and Consulting in Direct, Indirect Taxes and on Customs Legislation.
Top Candidates Will Also Have
  • Experience in Multinational Company with Tax/Customs Litigation background.
  • Desire and ability to learn legal and other skills.
  • Business Acumen.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
