    There is no typical day.

    You could be checking in with a team in UK one minute, meeting with leadership to review initiatives for the coming quarter later and tomorrow handling a few ad hoc requests from your peers in other departments.

    You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders, product owners, architects and peers with a compelling voice that you demonstrate through executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications on milestone achievements.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE :
  • You have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
  • You have skills in the three areas : Software Engineering, Project Management and Team Leadership.
  • Prior experience in Microsoft technologies (.NET Core,.NET Framework, SQLServer).
  • Prior experience in Node.js, React.js;
  • Prior experience designing and building Technical Solutions.
  • Prior experience with Cloud Services, Relational Databases, microservice and micro-frontend architectures.
  • You are up to date with technology trends.
  • You know how to manage software development projects using Agile Methodologies.
  • You know what are the best practices on Software Development Life Cycle and CI / CD pipelines.
  • You manage software engineers careers pursuing their growth altogether with ADP's growth.
