Senior SAP Application Specialist

This is a pivotal role within our organization, where you will lead the development of initiatives for SAP ECC and S/4 applications. The Service Delivery Management team is responsible for maintaining operational continuity of our global applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of initiatives for SAP ECC and S/4 applications.
• Oversight of key projects and supervision of external partners.
• Define best practices, serve as the primary point of contact for LATAM companies, and provide operational assistance.
• Ensure developments align with our Digital Decoupling strategy.
• Drive automation initiatives and participate in major incident processes and IT service desk meetings.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will require a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 technical and development capabilities.
• Proficiency in the ITIL framework.
