  • Salary range for US employees in NYC, LA, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $132,400 - $149,000
  • Salary range for US employees outside of major cities: $119,200 - $134,100

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the employer's values, brand, and product
  • Collaborate with managers and interviewers to build high-performing, diverse teams

  • Guide hiring managers and interviewers towards unbiased candidate decisions
  • Monitor pipeline performance and analyze recruiting channels for effectiveness
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Deep experience recruiting for sales organizations
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with multiple executive stakeholders
  • Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive talent
  • Proficient with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Covey, Gem, or similar
