What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with Product and Design leaders to develop clear hiring strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage the full lifecycle of high-priority searches, ensuring timely and efficient processes
- Flexibly support critical roles across Product, Design, and other business areas as needed
- Evaluate candidates deeply to identify true craft, potential, and cultural fit
- Proactively engage diverse candidates to build inclusive and representative teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Product and/or Design within high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of hiring senior-level talent and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
- Ability to assess talent based on craft and long-term impact rather than just pedigree
- Strong communication skills to translate complex business needs into clear hiring strategies
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
