Overview

Fully Remote (Brazil). Wizdaa is on the search for an enthusiastic Senior Recruiter to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. While a background in software development is advantageous, it's not a requirement for this role. Your previous experience in recruitment will be key to identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our growing needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to leverage their recruiting skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to extending job offers.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to build a strong candidate pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates\' qualifications, cultural fit, and interest levels.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and provide follow-up on interview processes.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate information is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.
  • Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives, to promote Wizdaa and attract talent.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications
  • Background in software development or understanding of technical roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
