Responsibilities
  • You act as an advisor / partner to stakeholders, aligning recruitment efforts with business priorities and leveraging data to influence decisions.
  • You act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders and executives.
  • You influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and market expertise.
  • You collaborate closely with PC partners and Business Engagement teams to enhance TAs organizational impact.
  • You lead planning, improve processes, and guide others.
  • You optimize interview experience, ensure consistency, and drive continuous improvement through stakeholder influence and data.
Qualifications
  • The ability to structure, coordinate, and drive all stages of the recruitment process from request to offer ensuring a smooth, timely, and high quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Includes prioritizing tasks, aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, and proactively addressing delays or blockers.
  • The ability to effectively plan, coordinate, execute, and optimize the candidate interview process to ensure fairness, consistency, efficiency, and a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with everyone involved in or affected by a project or task.
