Responsibilities

• Own the full project schedule by developing and managing a detailed Gantt chart and analyzing critical paths
• Collaborate with cross-functional managers to estimate and assign project resources and define team roles
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management plan to identify and respond to project risks
• Deliver clear and tailored project communications aligned with PMO processes and stakeholder expectations
• Manage project scope and budgets in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering, project management, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience managing projects in new product development, orthopedics, and/or robotics
• Experience in the medical device industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
