  • Manage end-to-end outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping processes.

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
  • Optimize resource allocation and labor planning.
  • Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
