In this role, you'll get to :
  • Define Marketing strategy for Flights Vertical (outside of pricing)
  • Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda's Flights business on different channels (e.g., CRM, Paid Performance marketing)
  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A / B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth
  • Partner closely with various business functions, especially Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply, to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using SQL or Tableau to drive meaningful initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
What you'll need to succeed :
  • Extensive experience : 8+ years in a Data Analyst role or similar projects involving big data—preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, math, engineering, economics, or finance
  • Data-driven approach : strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful recommendations
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel)
  • Strong communication skills : exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities and proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations
  • Stakeholder management : ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen
  • People management experience : including hiring, coaching, and developing team members
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : a proactive, get-things-done attitude with strong ownership

It's great if you have :

  • Experience in digital or social media marketing
  • Experience in the online travel or e-commerce industry
  • Experience with hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and use of Python / R for data manipulation and analysis
